Terms of Service
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Teamdeck. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past, and a few sections carry real consequences — particularly those on connected websites, the password vault, and AI output. Please read those closely.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Teamdeck at teamdeck.in you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Teamdeck is
Teamdeck is a hosted workspace for agencies: projects and task boards, chat, notes and documents, a calendar, client portals with invoices, a password vault, AI-assisted writing, and a connector that publishes content to websites you control and reports back how it performs.
We add, change and occasionally remove features. Features marked experimental may change or disappear without notice, and are provided for evaluation rather than production reliance.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the people you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You must be at least 16 and must give accurate registration details.
4. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to everything you put into Teamdeck. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, back up and display it in order to run the service for you, and to send it to the third-party providers named in our Privacy Policy where a feature requires it.
5. Your clients' data
If you store information about your own clients — portal accounts, invoices, brand material, website data — you are the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for telling those people what you do with it, and for honouring their requests. We will help where we reasonably can.
6. Connected websites
Installing the connector gives Teamdeck the ability to publish content to that website and to read data back from it. Only connect a site you own or are authorised to change.
You warrant that you have that authority for every site you connect. You are responsible for what gets published — including anything an AI feature drafted — and for reviewing it first. You are responsible for keeping the connector secret confidential and for rotating it if it leaks; the app lets you do that at any time.
You decide what the connector's read routes return. Do not configure them to forward personal information about your visitors unless you are entitled to.
7. The password vault
The vault is encrypted at rest but is not end-to-end encrypted. Our infrastructure holds the key and is technically capable of decrypting stored secrets. Use it with that understood.
You choose what to store. We strongly advise against storing anything whose exposure would be catastrophic, and against using it as your only copy of anything. You remain responsible for the consequences of credentials you store and share through it.
8. AI features
Teamdeck can draft blog posts, generate client proposals, suggest task owners and approaches, and propose code changes. All of it is machine-generated and none of it is reviewed by us.
- Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. Treat it as a first draft.
- Generated proposals contain placeholder pricing and commercial terms. Replace them before sending anything to a client. We are not responsible for figures you send without checking.
- You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, send it, or merge it.
- You must not use these features to produce content that is unlawful, infringing or deceptive.
The experimental agent only ever proposes; it does not change your data on its own. Applying a suggestion is your decision and your responsibility.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, using the service;
- upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Teamdeck or another organisation's data;
- probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission;
- resell or white-label the service without an agreement with us;
- use it to send spam, or to store credentials you are not entitled to hold.
We may suspend an account that puts the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why when we reasonably can.
10. Third-party services
Teamdeck depends on providers including Supabase, Vercel, Google, Anthropic and Exa, and connects to services you configure. We are not responsible for their availability, their terms, or their acts and omissions. Where a feature depends on your own API keys, their usage costs are yours.
11. Fees
Where the service is offered free or in beta, we may introduce charges in future with reasonable notice, and you may stop using it rather than pay. Where fees apply, they are due as stated at purchase, exclusive of taxes, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
12. Our intellectual property
Teamdeck, its software, design and documentation remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, decompile or create derivative works from it except to the extent the law permits.
13. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, a website you connected without authority, or your breach of these terms.
16. Termination
You may stop using Teamdeck and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service. On termination your right to use it ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will notify account holders of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
